In 2006, the Coldwell Banker organization turned 100 years old and in celebrating this milestone,
Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and its franchisees gave back to the community by participating
in the 100 Habitat for Humanity Homes program. This nationwide effort raised more than $6 million
for local Habitat for Humanity affiliates and financed the construction of more than 130 Habitat homes.
The Coldwell Banker network is proud to participate in Habitat for Humanity's universally praised mission -
to build simple, decent and affordable homes in partnership with deserving families without regard to race,
ethnic background or religion.
